Slightly concerned that Richard has used his extremely honed skills on us all and we are all now going to buy cat food & double glazing and only ever wear blue shirts! It would have been good to hear some of Richard's personal experiences & outcomes where he has used the techniques on their own or mixed together The technology worked OK - but struggled with it at times - found the afternoon quite a long session in one go - would have preferred a shorter lunch and an afternoon break. Enjoyed the interaction and use of pollev.

found this course really useful and have identified some ways in which I can improve my own behaviour both in the workplace and personally. MS Teams worked well and the session times were just right.

I had a few EA related IT issues so missed a lot of the first session. This meant I found the final section a little difficult as I'd missed content.

The course ran really well over Microsoft Teams. The timings were well thought out with well placed breaks. The individual elements of the course built up nicely and brought it back to the original problem raised by individuals at the beginning of the course.

Only online learning I have attended where the trainer kept me engaged all the way through
