Very helpful advice but session felt too long (only one 10-minute break), and scenarios are hard to act out since we have limited visibility to other departments or protocols.

The course was good but for long standing employees I feel we knew most of the contact but for those new to lone working it would be very useful

It was a good course well presented but as I have a Psychology degree, a year of counselling training and a general interest in Psychology it felt a little basic for me. Absolutely great for someone without my background though.

Good, although break out opportunities a little short. More application of examples in some areas would've helped grasp practical applications better.

Good theory. Practical examples were helpful. I would have preferred more 'real' examples. 30 minutes on 'meetings' felt excessive.
