Allan was superb, full of knowledge and very good at getting the training across.

Tutor was knowledgeable. Good to have someone who’s from the industry delivering the course. Although the mock exams could do with proof reading as there are some grammar and technical mistakes in the questions.

I would like to thank Wendy Thomas my tutor at potters bar. I met with Wendy before commencement of course to discuss my doubts on doing the 2391 course. She went through course content asked about electrical experience and assured me she that if I put the effort in then with her tutoring I would get through the course. Her delivery of the course was really fluent and her knowledge of electrical installation and testing had so much depth. I found course hard but with wendys direction, homework and the online portal I passed the course. I can honestly say I wouldn't have passed without Wendy. Thank you so much, great tutor made it enjoyable. I will never eat crispee beef again without a smile (sounds like testing sequence :-) ! )

Travel up from Birmingham to a course payed for from my employer. Day 1 involved a mock paper and a general chat between 12 learners .by the afternoon 2 left and walked out.Day 2 involved checking over the paper and not much input from the tutor. This carried on all week and by the end of the course I feel I didn't really learn alot. And looking at mock papers all week don't do anything for anyone and a can say that all 9 others on the course with me felt the same .

Tutor was extremely ineffective at being a trainer. This was the worst course I have ever been on. I wrote an email of complaint and was told management would contact me but they have not. Two students walked out on 1st day due to the tutors lack of training ability and I walked out on day two - he was crap. I'll never attend that centre again.

Wendy Thomas is an excellent tutor. Everything is explained in detail, the regs book explanations which can be long winded are explained thoroughly and in a way that you can understand. I would definitely do any other course im booked on at Potters Bar. The venue is very good and easy to get to.

Alistair had a load of Knowledge. But the biggest issue I had was there were a few people in the class with next to no electrical work experience. This slowed down what we would've learnt I felt. I feel the 2391 should be for experienced for electricians

Course should off been 2 weeks long due to the information needed to pass with also more practical time. Course wasn’t long enough to get all theory and practical in.

Wendy went above and beyond, excellent throughout and a pleasure to receive instruction from her. However the course length itself is too short, and should be provided over 2 weeks instead of the week it currently is.
