Mike Evans was a great trainer, he gave everyone a chance to speak, went in depth on conflict resolution and also had a laugh. I have learnt a great deal on how to cope in situations and what to look out for to manage conflicts when out and around at work.
It was great to get highways conflicts knowledge. The instructor was great.
