The course was extremely well paced and structured. The resources available for the course are excellent, informative and equip delegates well for our own course delivery.

All instructors were really supportive. Delivery of the course was good. Liam provided extra support on physical techniques. Instructors were able to answer all the million questions I had and reassured me. Instructors made everyone feel relaxed and calm.

The course was a positive experience that provided a fresh perspective especially now due to my new role in the behaviour welfare team, where I now need to teach my colleagues. Kirsty's and Rachel's support, and Liam's assistance were invaluable. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of receiving training and input from Andy, Rachael, Liam and Kirsty B throughout this week.
