The course was very informative. Lindley was very friendly and helpful. And open to answer any questions I may of had. I feel more confident to perform breakaway techniques if ever needed

Linsey made the cause very comfortable I am now confident I can carry out PBS if ever needed I am fully refreshed and have learned the techniques to carry out PSB in a safe manner

Today’s training was very great. It helped refresh my memory of my breakaway skills. I learned that I can use the maneuver for front hair pull when a resident grabs my ears. Lindsey was very helpful and patient with me throughout the training session
