Ben was very good at explaining, he made sure we all understood everything while making the learning fun!

Overall a very good course. Ben was overall enthusiastic and kind. The course has gave me confidence and refreshed my memory.

The course was well conducted. It was tailored to not only allow us as staff to put ourselves in service users' shoes but also gave us something to think about in terms of our behavior and attitude towards them. Ben was great at gamifying course material such that concepts were not only easily comprehensible but also fun.

The training was very informative as well as made fun and ive really enjoyed the training its not just been pen and paper based its been interactive and been made fun getting us all involved.

Was a very helpful training refresher and overall a positive day which helped to build my confidence in PBS and breakaway techniques
