Linda was great. Very informative and was happy to cover things that people weren’t sure on and needed reminding. I really enjoyed this year’s refresher course. The video was outdated and wasn’t appropriate for this school setting. The quiz was good but perhaps the questions could have been worded better with a hint as to how many points you can get per question.

Linda was excellent. Very clear delivery. A very supportive and encouraging approach. The video in the afternoon session did not seem relevant to the task given.
