The PBS course led by Lee is very interesting and knowledgeable. The way Lee presents the course helps the information to be retained. Impressed with overall course and facilities.
I fully enjoyed todays PBS training. Lee got me fully engaged without the course being boring. I feel after doing this course that I could, if needed, breakaway from situations safely and effectively causing no harm to service users or myself. I feel I learnt a lot of important information today.
Very interesting course delivered by Lee. Good to learn and understand the theory behind the practice first, before applying in practice. Great group dynamic where everyone joined in and felt free to share stories and ideas.
