This course today has been really enjoyable , I feel happy and comfedent in going back to my work and dealing with problems and us staff working together has a team .
Some great discussions and experiences shared; tailored to our places of work. Though the image of the arousal model was good to test/remind us, more visual aids could have been used, e.g videos.
Course in small bites so easy to follow and understand.
