The content of thr course was really informative and will help me going forwards to improve my own service and my own way of working. Refreshing on the breakaway techniques has made me more confident in using them. The course was made fun and informative for a great day overall.
I’m very well satisfied with the whole training overall,I have got more in depth knowledge on PBS and even the physical training skills..I’m more confident enough to apply this skills and it was well trained with a lot of patience and professionalism.
