Excellent! Thank you very much Sue for this training. You managed really well to get the participants involved even though it is difficult in the online web format. For me LMA is a rather new topic but with this training I got a good overall understanding of the LMA documentation, while at the same time learned how to read the contract clauses and especially pay attention to the details. The exercises were great to get more confident with the topics and to ensure I clearly remember the takeaways.

Unfortunately, not as enjoyable as a presential training. Interaction between participants was limited, not because of the Trainer but beacause of the format.

This course was by far the best course I have ever followed with regards to loan documentation! I am really satisfied with the content and the manner in which the course was given. Sue is a lovely person and a great teacher. She is able to explain difficult subjects in simple terms. I will apply for the advance loan documentation course and will definitely be recommending this course to others.

Was a good course. Learning glossary, definitions and more so how to strategically read a loan agreement was key learning. From mechanical part, control to boiler plate. Also interesting discussions on future of Libor, withholding tax, representations, paripassu and events of default.

Sue was great at introducing the clauses giving a good background. Examples from daily life and the exercises were quite useful. I got both a good framework to go through the document and understanding of the details to watch out for. The training equipped me with useful tools to analyze and negotiate the agreement.
