Great pace. Really loved practical exercises. Cathy creates very enjoyable environment which encourages participation and reflection. Great true live examples.

We weren't given an option on lunch. I didn't mind it being Vegan but some found it too spicy. Cupcake apology was lovely. Theres also too little space for lunch and loos on a busy day. Not a huge problem, but not perfect.

There is so much content that it’s difficult to know whether we’re going at the right pace or not to fully explore all our topics but that’s for us to take away.
