Pam was an excellent host and trainer! I had a good knowledge of first aid already due to teaching for a long time and being a Cub Scout Leader and was slightly apprehensive that the day of training would be boring and repetitive. Pam made the content interesting and scattered real life anecdotes amongst the training to make it pertinent and engaging. The small group size was perfect and meant that everyone could participate and ask questions. A really lovely training day - please pass on my thanks to Pam!

Really good venue and I found it eventually! The trainer was very thorough and delivered the information covered in a way that was easy to listen to and involved the whole group in discussion and the practical activities

The course is really interesting and knowlegable. The training went well, Brendan is a brilliant trainor.

It’s covered all of the important points with the right amount of humour and information. Really enjoyed Brendon’s presentation.

Overall its wonderfull and so helpful for our upcoming life not for work place but for daily life..Specially with Brendan,He helps us to understand this training with his wonderful and with joyfullnature.
