Trainer: Pam was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Had lots of great real life examples. Also lots of very current examples that made press headlines and also those that resulted in legislative changes. Happy to take questions at any point. Clear and good pace of speaking. Very personable. Venue: Excellent. Easy to get to; great facilities. Tescos on the estate which was helpful for lunch. Course materials: I would have liked the slides to write my notes on. I took photos of some of the slides, and wrote notes on a notepad, which is not that easy to marry up.

Mark was a great trainer, informative and had fun with us when we were having a laugh. Gave some good real life examples. Great pace The interactive element such as the stomach thrusts was so important to get a physical and more realistic idea of pressure etc.

Pam was an excellent host and trainer! I had a good knowledge of first aid already due to teaching for a long time and being a Cub Scout Leader and was slightly apprehensive that the day of training would be boring and repetitive. Pam made the content interesting and scattered real life anecdotes amongst the training to make it pertinent and engaging. The small group size was perfect and meant that everyone could participate and ask questions. A really lovely training day - please pass on my thanks to Pam!
