Option for a refresher course please

Response : Everyone must train the full 12 hours/Blended learning every three years as stipulated by HSE/EYFS/OFSTED. As such there is no such thing as a shorted refresher training.

Only comment is it was a little difficult at times to understand Danny, the acoustics in the hall are not good so this didn't help.

Stephen was nice, he talked quickly which I liked. However, I prefer more practical work within first aid training, there was a LOT of talking to listen to.
