Friendly, enthusiastic trainer, who gave a comprehensive overview of Paediatric First Aid. I feel much more confident and better equipped for dealing with these sorts of situations at work. Plus the venue, Merrist Wood College, is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this course to anymore working with children or young people.
