Excellent training and was able to make the course bespoke to our needs and we would highly recommend Andy. Lots of practical activities supported by excellent guidance with very real and relatable situations.

Venue was fine but parking was miles away. Will not be using recommended parking next time.

Response : Thank you Lucy, unfortunately this was not our normal training venue; as our training room had some maintenance. Your feedback is important was we wont be using this venue again now.
