I found the trainers, Andy Clifford and Stephen Clifford-Franklin, extremely knowledgeable. They course was interactive and they had me thinking about various first aid scenarios and how I would apply the information learnt to situations which might arise in the future.
Stephen was amazing, he explained things very well.
Stephen was very informative and delivered the course really well
Thank you to Stephen, best first Aid training I have had! Learnt lots of new things and updated my knowledge of changes to best practices.
Good informative content. Knowledgeable trainer with good understanding of our industry.
Excellent, good knowledge passed over I have enjoyed it
We have used Surrey First Aid for our training for many years and can honestly say that we all found Brendan one of the best trainers we have had. He was informative but also amusing. His humour and technique kept us all engaged on what was a hot day. I scored the venue slightly lower due to the toilets not flushing properly and the room being quite warm on a hot day. However, the venue was clean and spacious and I would happily go there again.
Was a great course, was nice to refresh on things I had forgotten over time and Brendan was brilliant and made the course fun and engaging.
