Despite being an online session from 1000 - 1620 it was engaging throughout, there were the right number and duration of breaks. The facilitator was excellent, respectful of previous knowledge and relating content to our working lives.

Selin did a phenomenal job to keep us focused considering this has been a very long session delivered online. The session had a variety of activities that kept us focused. Selina managed to create a good rapport despite the session being delivered online. The breakout rooms and activities also helped participants to get to know each other and made learning more active and fun.
