Enjoyable day, just the right amount of information, flexible enough to allow for various input from the team, but managed correctly to enable us to get through everything. DJ obviously enjoys his role and is knowledgeable on the subject

It can often be tricky to balance a one day course so that there is enough content but without it being too much - this was the perfect blend

I really liked the trainer, Paul Gapper. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and able to share my thoughts and feelings. I valued being able to listen to the other participants and share ideas. Paul made everyone feel involved and that their contributions were valued.
Amazing training, just by hearing about it we might want to discard the course, but being present and listening to the content we leave the course with more knowledge on how to handle difficult conversations with customers/students and how to make them leave feeling better and helped. We touched in points that are very important to our daily tasks at work and that we will definitely be using at work moving forward.
It was great to see how the team opened up about their experiences, their thoughts and concerns
