Very good training and knowledgeable facilitator.

It was a bespoke course led by us but expertly facilitated by Paul. We dealt with some difficult issues and he was sensitive and understanding. Much of the content of the course was already known to most of us but he helped us navigate through how to ensure we are applying the theory in practice.

Nicky is a fantastic communicator and facilitator. Really appreciated the session, learnt so much and look forward to implementing the techniques in my work and personal life.

Great course and training. My only issue would be that the lighting in the room was a bit bright and gave me a bit of a headache but I appreciate probably can't really change that easily!
