Very informative and tailored to my needs. Simon used a lot of examples and scenarios in which I can practise my new skills going forward. The topics we covered we really eye opening.

Gave lots of food for thought. I did think quite a few bits were repeated on the first day and, as it was mostly, being talked to it felt like a very long day and I felt my concentration had gone by the last couple of hours.
