It was a good, well structured course. Simon was very knowledgable and personal. It was quite intense being in a 1-on-1 course but I think I managed to get the best I could out of it. However it was quite tiring being in that situation, so perhaps with an additional break or 2 it would have ben good to have a little more time for the material to 'sink in'.

Excellent - much better course than the last one I felt (negotiation). Plenty of relevant information, Simon Broom was very knowledgeable, and I learnt a lot

Overall I found the course really interesting and interactive. Key account management is not something I at present do in my role but was useful to look at the planner and to develop my knowledge and understanding. The planner reminded me of project management as this is something I covered at university and can equip me in my future roles at Shell.
