The trainer put us all at ease and taught us in a way easy to understand

The course was thorough and I felt that I learnt a lot. The trainer was knowledgeable and delivered the course well.

Very good engaging trainer. (I am a trainer myself and am not easily impressed) the pace of the course was just right, with the right balance of theory and practical. All delegates were accommodated, but left in no doubt there was a standard to achieve.

The course content & materials were great, easy to follow & kept the whole class entertained. I've marked this down by one star because the venue & the seating were very uncomfortable.

Great course just felt some of the questions were designed to trip people up unnecessarily

I have held a valid first aid certificate for over 20 years and this was by far one of the best courses I have ever attended.

The course was, concise, informative, with good content. There was plenty of CPR practice, defib training, bandaging ext, As well as conditions content. The only thing that I felt was the topics were a but jumpy on places but overall great course. Carol is an excellent teacher. She is professional, experienced and calm but with a gentle authority for getting people to learn & get the job done. Well done & thank you.
