Helen was a fantastic trainer. She made the course very interesting and fun to learn. Usually I'm falling asleep half way through courses as it drones on but not with Helen. Brilliant. Loved it.

Excellent trainer she made the course interesting and fun at the same time

I feel more confident to deal with various casualties, not only my colleagues but also the young people I teach. I will definitely look to continue to keep my first aid up to date as I think it is crucial within my line of work, a well as helping members of the public in the future. Thank you for making me aware of everything over the past 3 days.

Trainer involved everyone. Trainer explained everything in a good manner and discussed points that were raised or not understood properly. I felt everyone at the course enjoyed this session and got the group working well together. only negative - forgot biscuits on first day ;)
