Mark has done all 3 of our first aid courses and has been brilliant again. Great knowledge and has given us confidence for first aid calls in the future. Thanks.

Trainer was very engaging. Used variety of methods to teach subject matter including shared experiences. After attending feel prepared to deal with first aid situations with not only the knowledge but understanding what I'm going to deal with.

I found this 3 day course very interesting and useful. It never became boring, we were encouraged to make as many or as few notes as we wanted, and the course was very physical and interactive so you were never sitting down for long. We were doing practice first aid scenarios all over our busy warehouse to simulate what a real situation would be like. Many different topics were covered, but Darren was happy to recap anything and always encouraged us to ask questions. He managed to make us laugh even in scenarios that are very serious, we were having fun and working as a team so it didn't feel like 'learning'. Darren was good at controlling a group of 7 people, each with different learning styles and language abilities. He made sure everyone felt included and could have a practice at each activity, giving valuable feedback on any errors and good praise for correct behaviours. I now feel well equipped to give first aid either in or outside the workplace, and am already looking forward to a refresher. Thank you Darren!
