This was a very informative course that filled in many blanks for me, the instructor Brent was first class in his delivery and kept us engaged throughout the three days. Overall this was an excellent course with an excellent instructor and I would not hesitate to recommend this to all my colleagues, friends and family.

Brent delivered the content very well, it helps when someone has been in those situations and able to share experiences, this was the case with Brent.

The trainer was amazing. I was very nervous about first aid, with the responsibilty and pressures, however the trainer put me at ease and took me through the course at my own pace. 10/10 for the content and the trainer.

Parking was an issue, centre of a city and timings means hitting rush hour traffic, in correct address ment that 4 off us went to the rear of a building all looking bemused, where as if you’d have said go to the Jury’s foyer well , we may have had a nice start point
