Learnt things I never knew interesting to know

Trainer was excellent and put everyone at ease and was easy to learn

Good course duration, not too long or short each day. Trainer had good knowledge of course content and good delivery skills

The questions need work on the assessment.

Debbie was excellent… she explained everything clearly and in depth. Debbie kept me focused, I feel like I have learnt a lot and feel confident I can deal with a first aid call if one arises.

Great course. Excellent trainer. Broke it up into different activities so wasn’t so classroom based, normally hate role playing but Kay did a great job encouraging us all

The group work and presentations were really involving and exciting and really helped myself to learn the content in a interesting way.
