Course was informative but some of questions on the assessment were not great

Some of the questions on day 3 repeated and very confusing not clear

Frans was an excellent trainer and a very nice gentleman to learn from with a lot of valuable experience

Course was very good. Assessments were badly worded and a bit vague. Need to consider taking out the negative questions and focus on positives to reinforce the lessons learned. Not what not to do, but what to do …

The assessment questions were worded badly, and day 3 questions were repetitive.

I liked the repeated use of cpr dummies as more practice made the actions and processes stick. Not so keen on role play but understand why used.

A good course with full information , intructor clear and precise and knows his stuff ! The leaflets were clear and handy to take home !
