Trainer was excellent and put everyone at ease and was easy to learn

Extremely knowledgeable Explained each module throughly, made sure we were happy with the information being given to us.

Good course duration, not too long or short each day. Trainer had good knowledge of course content and good delivery skills

The questions need work on the assessment.

Debbie was excellent… she explained everything clearly and in depth. Debbie kept me focused, I feel like I have learnt a lot and feel confident I can deal with a first aid call if one arises.
