Helen was excellent and really made the course both interesting and less daunting for all of us, helping us whenever we needed it and making sure we all felt comfortable and learnt to relax in what is normally a stressful situation! She also had some amazing stories and experiences which helped apply our learning into real-life. Overall couldn't fault her or the course, thank you so much :)

Best trainer I've had with regards to a First Aid Course. PAUL took the class at a sensible pace and interacted with everyone. He clearly loves his job and instilled confidence and humour whilst teaching the class new skills. I'd highly recommend him to my company to use again.

The traing was good only let down by the venue. The room was not good no natural light no windows.

What an amazing course, and an amazing trainer. Helen is a very knowledgeable and skilled first aider and teacher and made it fun whilst learning, which in return made it a lot easier to retain the information she was teaching us. Thank you Helen and thank you greencross.
