Course was really good so not going to mark down the scores, but was really disappointed that there were no hot drinks provided as part of course provision. .. seems very petty and penny pinching not to make those quite basic arrangements. Because we were left to purchase individually on adhoc basis, when we broke up mid-morning the hotel was unable to prepare a coffee at all because "the machine was being cleaned after breakfast service". drinks generally on a hotel site are expensive and may not necessarily be able to be claimed back by an individual.

Brent is an excellent trainer, he kept all delegates engaged and really brought home how vital First Aid in the workplace is by giving real life accounts of various incidents he has dealt with and the outcomes. The best First Aid course that I have attended!

Probably the best first aid course I have attended in 30 years! Very comprehensive content and there wasn't anything the trainer was unable to answer. I learnt a lot.

A good revision course revising and updating my knowledge

I found it extremely useful and I think it's a must have training at work and outside. Mr Mak teaching style was great. He really paid a great deal attention while we demonstrated to him. He made sure we understood what we doing.
