AI summary of reviews

Engaging, knowledgeable trainers make this first-aid course memorable, combining clear explanations and humour with hands-on practice in CPR, bandaging and AED use. Attendees value the relaxed, inclusive atmosphere, opportunities to ask questions and the balance of theory, videos and practical activities, with trainers checking understanding and adapting the pace. They leave with updated knowledge and greater confidence to respond to emergencies at work and beyond, although the full content can feel intensive in one day.

Course is too long for the amount of information to be given to the learner. Reuben Mason did a wonderful job of trying to keep the class engaged and to get them to take part in all sections of the course. Cut the length of the sessions down and run two a day 8-12/12-4

Response: Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunatley we have no control regarding the trainer to delegate interaction time. This is set by Ofqual. To be able to deliver regulated trainiing we must comply with their training standards.
