Dave was an excellent trainer with great people and communication skills. The venue was also perfect.

An eye opener I recommend everyone should attend this training

Eric was a really great trainer, kept everyone engaged throughout the training session

the trainer made it easy to understand. he was very engaging and even acted out what a particular situations would look like. he used humor and loud noises which would make the details easy to remember.

Only criticism i have was the lack of tea / coffee facilities at the venue. More than happy to pay for anything that was on offer however there was nothing ! Given the location we had to drive approx 1 mile to either "Bothwell" or "Hamilton" town centre to get any refreshments. Really dissappointing and to be honest let the event down. Something that could easily be rectified.

Content of course was very good and the trainer was very good at demonstrating and explaining the content for the course. Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Thank you
