Very relaxed

Well thought out Course, well delivered and knowledgeable Instructor who from the start put everyone at ease and answered all questions without hesitation.

Good mix of practical and theory. Interaction with learners was good

The course was extremely eye opening and the trainer presented it at just the right speed, always encouraging in answers to questions and with the practical aspects of the course. I would highly recommend this trainer and course.

Very enjoyable, hands on course. Relaxed and not rushed - both took time to answer questions (no matter how daft) and make the course fun!

Ive done many first aid courses and this one was the most engaging and enjoyable

The trainer was very knowledgeable and engaging. My only criticism it would have been good to have some handouts/materials to take away.
