Pauline was fantastic, the course itself was great! Come away feeling a lot better about what to do if I ever have to deal with a first aid situation.

George was a fantastic course leader. He was extremely clear in every explanation and always ensured we understood and checked if we had any questions before moving on. George was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had excellently. I would highly recommend George.

Simon Underwood was a great host on the day, After my previous first aid course i was a bit hesitant to book as that day was very dull and draining. Simon made the course entertaining yet very informative. He had plenty of stories regarding cases he has dealt with which brought the course to life. He understood we all wanted to get off as early as possible so packed in a great amount of detail. When it came to the CPR, Bandages and choking he demonstrated brilliantly and gave feedback in great way.

Course was really good and the trainer was excellent. The venue was poor with no heating and dodgy chairs, we were all sitting with our coats on
