Very clear and informative. Plenty of time to take own notes and ask questions. I feel confident that should I ever need to perform first aid/CPR I have a clear understanding of the correct procedure.

My phone was running low on battery which was stressful, As needed it to complete assessments. Maybe spare chargers could be provided or people should be made aware that mobile phones are needed for the day and advised to bring a spare charger .
Frans was great gave regular breaks which helped and kept the course interesting
