Jimmy was an excellent tutor and gave me confidence that, should it arise,I would be able to stay calm and take charge of any medical situation

Good Pace, Good humour, Trainer (David) used anecdotes to help us imagine using the knowledge and skills in real life situations. Skills practised repeatedly until we really 'got' it. Definitely NOT just a box ticking exercise. Well worth attending.

Really helpful course - I learned how to examine a casualty, familiarize myself with basic support. The course provided me to learn the skills to overcome a potentially threatening situation long enough for medically trained people to arrive on the scene. The trainer was very good and this course was very interactive and engaging

It was well set out , our trainer was good helped explained took time out to re-explain things if people was unsure
