The course was the best one day first aid course I have attended and that was down to the trainer. His approach to the training and the content was great.

Taff was brill, we had a good laugh and went through the content thouroughly.

Jonathan, the instructor made it very easy and enjoyable with his approach to teaching first aid .

Overall a well presented course with plenty of useful information

Particularly good, I liked the videos and the real time insight into just how important it was to make rapid enough compressions to improve the outcomes of possible future incidents. Without becoming too dark we were told the odds of success and why it was vital to keep going until help arrived. Overall I felt that I had updated my knowledge and to be very glad of our ambulance service and I would highly recommend this trainer to any company needing first aid training

Excellent course and trainer was excellent and very proactive with all learners. Found the area on how to use a defibrillator excellent as I very sceptical about using this prior to the course.

It was a great course the trainer was great would like him on my next course and to say a big thank you to him.
