The Tutor was very passionate about the course and how everyone carried out 1st aid after being taught. She also demonstrated her expertise which well and this impacted well on the class. It was a brilliant session.

Karen was amazing as a trainer. She made the course fun and her style of training made it easier to remember things. Done many First Aid courses over the years but hers has got to have been the most memorable, in a very good way

Course content was good, method of delivery for easy to understand and the course instructor came across well experience.

Good atmosphere for learning. Set at the right pace. Had to use CPR and AED since the course and was exactly as my training had taught me. Really grateful.
