Its very intense few hours. The switch between video materials presentation and practical demonstration is very refreshing.

The trainer, Paul, was fantastic, explained everything well and was really engaging. he went at a good pace and made the course really enjoyable

Peter was fantastic I was really nervous about this course but he made me feel really relaxed, everything was explained really well and if we weren’t sure of anything he would explain again, I cannot fault him or this course, I would definitely have him train me again on a course.
Mark Scott was an excellent trainer and really brought the training to life and interesting. I feel more confident now if there was an case where I had to use first aid.
