Good course, training knows what he is doing and makes it fun and relatable.
The power point presentation was very good but very difficult for me to remember, without it it seems a tick in the box exercise just to pass the multiple choice at the end. Would have like a paper or PDF copy of the course information.
Missing information/booklet to take away at end of course
