The Trainer was excellent, very engaging, full of energy and made the session really fun. Out of all the first aid courses I have been too this has been the best one by far!
Gary was extremely knowledgeable. He was very friendly and put you at easy when you are unsure. A true asset to the company.
The course content was informative and well presented by the trainer, with real life examples of situations given. The location was not great, room was small and dark, and access control on the floor of the hotel. The location overall was not easily accessible, and looked very run down. No amenities nearby, and the parking at the hotel was not clear. Signs informed you to pay on arrival, then once inside the hotel it said it was free if you then input your registration as you were attending the course.
James was active and very positively led his group to learn and refresh our first aid skills. Thank you so much 😊 Kind regards Huma
Lucy was a great trainer, she engaged the group, was very clear in her instruction and demonstration of the techniques required and provided clear feedback the whole way through the day, would highly recommend both green cross and Lucy!
