Interactive and engaging course with a great experience.
Nicola was a fantastic trainer, she delivered the course in a fun and Engaging way, i have been a first aider for 10 years and i can honestly say she was the best trainer that i have come across she was brilliant
Dave was excellent and delivered the course well.
Great experience, a lot of helpful, life-saving tricks learnt. I would recommend it highly!
Dawn Barratt was literally the best first aid trainer I've ever had, I have been telling everyone about how amazing she was, she was calm, patient, empathetic and understanding, she went at a pace we were all comfortable with and she made sure we understood each section clearly before we continued, she made the course as 'fun' and interactive as she could to keep us all focused and paying attention.
The course trainer was great.i struggle being in and around groups of people I don't know the trainer took me to one side and asked if I was ok,and if I would like to do the tasks on my own rather than in front of the rest of the group I decline the offer an continued with the rest of the group but the trainer did keep checking with me that I was ok this made me feel more at ease knowing he understood
