The training course was extremely informative and the trainer was very engaging and made the content relatable and easy to understand. It was an excellent course with relevant information.

It felt like the test at the end contained some questions that where multiple answers provided could be justified to be the correct answer. Aside from that, the trainer did a very good job at engaging the room and keeping us engaged. As someone with ADHD, I can find it hard to engage sometimes and stay focused. The trainer's enthusiasm and ability to get us involved really helped me through the course.

Andy did a great job. I usually have problems focusing due to ADHD but Andy not only managed to keep it entertaining and educational, he managed to hold my attention the whole day.

Really enjoyed the day

The tutor was very informative and patient. He was thorough and I was amazed at how so much has changed with regards to managing emergencies and handling certain situations. I'm glad that I attended and have learnt the changes that first aid management has initiated to protect people.
