Very good training. The follow up guides are also excellent.
The instructor was very knowledgeable in the subject and was able to answer question raised through out the course. The venue refreshments (coffee/tea) were luke warm and the mens toilet facilities near to the training room were out of action!

Trainer was very knowledgeable. As a returner I was able to refresh my knowledge and renew my qualification. A good balance between theory and practical.
Chris was wonderful. It was clear he cared that we actually learnt something and made the course so fun and interactive when it's something that was quite scary to be going to do for me. Won't forget that for a while
