Great course, trainer was very informative and helpful. Gave great information about personal experiences which have insight on how to deal with situations.

Thorough information, went over topics a few times to ensure we have understood.

A little noisy given we were in the closed cafe with colleagues and customers making noise.

Engaging course, kept me engaged and inspired through out. Went though each thing at great page and engaged the whole group despite us being a quiet bunch!

Neil was excellent, did what we could with the space provided (moved things around and cleaned for us) Delivered a difficult course to make entertaining, but kept everyone’s attention and interaction. Neil is friendly and enthusiastic as well as knowledgeable and clear with his explanations.
