Due to Covid restrictions we were unable to get involved in the practical as much as I would like, however the instructor was excellent at getting around this as best as possible. Credit to Jack, very knowledgable and humorous.
Jack was very helpful, chatty & ran the course well.
Good pace , trainer kept it interesting and I feel I have refreshed my knowledge and ready to go
The course was really good and David was great at explaining things. He was also really engaging and I really enjoyed the course.
Kev was an excellent trainer, focusing exactly on what we needed to know and real life examples applicable to work in a retail store and based on each participants work environment!
