Trainer excellent, made everyone welcome and at ease. Made the course feel lighthearted but very informative. Booklets would be a big help, not everyone good with Internet.

Intuitive course, well presented, I felt more confident about first aid as a result of the course
Course well planned and comprehensive. Set at the right pace to sustain interest and learning. I now feel more confident that I could intervene positively in an emergency situation.
